User Conduct and Listing Rules

To keep the platform safe, you agree that you will not list items or post content that is:

Illegal or Prohibited: Items banned under Pakistani laws, including but not limited to weapons, narcotics, stolen property, expired medicines, or hazardous food items.
Misleading: The photos and information provided for the listed item must be accurate. Deliberately misrepresenting broken or damaged items as being in “good condition” is prohibited.
Spam or Advertising: Using this platform to promote your commercial shop, services, or any brand is strictly forbidden.

Delivery and Safety

Direct Pick-up: Givers and receivers can communicate directly to arrange the handoff. The receiver can come directly to the giver’s house or a mutually agreed-upon location to collect the item. If you are meeting a stranger or inviting them to your home, please prioritize your personal safety and take proper precautions.

Company Delivery Service: If you prefer not to invite anyone to your home or travel yourself due to privacy or convenience concerns, you can contact the official SwapnShare delivery service. Our team will pick up the item from the giver’s doorstep and deliver it safely to the receiver.

Delivery Expenses: In the case of a direct pick-up, any delivery or courier expenses must be mutually agreed upon and handled by the users themselves. If you choose to use the SwapnShare delivery service, service charges and logistics will be managed according to the company’s specific delivery policy. The platform will not be liable for any personal financial loss or disputes arising between users.

Accounts and Security

Accurate Information: When creating an account, you must provide valid information, including your real name, phone number, and email address.
Account Suspension: If a user violates these terms, harasses another member, or attempts to take free items to resell them for profit, SwapnShare reserves the right to block or delete their account immediately without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Provided “As Is”: This service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. SwapnShare holds no legal liability for the safety, authenticity, or usability of the items exchanged.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute or disagreement between users regarding an item, SwapnShare is under no legal obligation to become involved. Users are solely responsible for resolving their own disputes.

Privacy and Data Policy: SwapnShare collects and stores your basic information (such as name, phone number, and location) solely to facilitate communication between the giver and the receiver. Your personal data will never be sold or shared with third-party advertisers.

Modifications to the Terms: SwapnShare reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect policy changes. A notice will be posted on the website in the event of any major updates.
